The best part about being a yoga teacher, for me, is helping people to find their own paths to wellbeing, whatever that might mean for them.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have received some life-changing teaching and training in yoga, yoga therapy and body work which have helped me along this journey of life-long learning, self-discovery and sharing.
It is always a joy and a privilege for me to pass on what I have learned, and am learning. I am so excited at the prospect of sharing practices as part of a weekend retreat where we focus on looking after ourselves and tuning into the cycles of the seasons.
With this in mind, during this retreat, we will be taking time to respond to the body’s needs as winter gives way to spring, sensing the awakening of energy through yoga, breathing and meditation practices, and also directing that energy to where it is most needed for ourselves. This weekend is all about unashamed ‘me time’. I look forward to meeting you there!
